Hiring Manager Interview Skills
You might feel you are under prepared, yes, even managers can have the same feelings of nervousness as the candidates you will be interviewing.
Questions such as have I prepared enough to interview these candidates and if you have had no formal training this and put more pressure on you and as such you will rush the interview just to not feel the pressure.
